| The eighth-floor co-op at 1020 Fifth Avenue on the northeast corner of 83rd Street opposite the Metropolitan Museum of Art and Central Park has gone on the market for $25 million in cash. The building, which opened in 1925, was designed by Warren & Wetmore, the architects who designed Grand Central Terminal. |
